Requires that all new voter registration applicants have their U.S. citizenship verified. It provides a window for those undergoing verification to vote while verification is not completed, with penalties should the individual be found to have lied about citizenship status and or voted.

Ensuring Election Integrity Act

All new voter registration applicants must verify their U.S. citizenship and species and may not vote until verification.
