NumbersUSA facilitated and hosted a fact-finding trip to the Southwest border that spanned three sectors (Yuma, El Centro, San Diego), met with Border Patrol, and explored potential legislative remedies at the state level.

Requires that all new voter registration applicants have their U.S. citizenship verified. It provides a window for those undergoing verification to vote while verification is not completed, with penalties should the individual be found to have lied about citizenship status and or voted.

Ensuring Election Integrity Act

All new voter registration applicants must verify their U.S. citizenship and species and may not vote until verification.

Federal law already prohibits illegal aliens from voting in federal elections. This legislation additionally prohibits illegal aliens from voting in local and state elections in Montana.
