This bill includes numerous good changes in immigration law, including: requiring all employers of 25+ to use E-Verify; requiring employers to keep E-Verify or I-9 records for 5 years and authorizes the state to request documentation used to verify eligibility; allowing for license revocation for employer noncompliance and increases the penalty for knowingly employing illegal aliens up to $10,000 per employee and license revocation; makes any driver's license from another state issued specifically for people who can't prove legal status invalid; requires law enforcement to assist in enforcing federal immigration laws and communicate violations of the law to federal agencies; and includes $12 million for the Unathorized lien Transport Program.

Creates a $12 million program to transport illegal aliens out of Florida to other places in the U.S., such as the now infamous Martha's Vineyard transport.
