Elections Law Changes.

Requires Sheriffs to notify ICE when they arrest an illegal alien. They must hold them for 48 hours to allow for ICE action.

Require ICE Cooperation & Budget Adjustments.

Would change the effective date to January 1, 2025, or after the 2024 election.

Removes illegal aliens off the voter rolls, requires photo ID to vote, and shares the names of those excused from jury duty due to noncitizenship, among other election law changes.

Sets qualifications for jurors, including being a U.S. Citizen, able to understand English, and non-felon.

Require That Jurors Be US Citizens.

Allows for paid family and medical leave for up to 26 weeks. An employer can not deny or threaten to deny the benefits because of the employee's suspected immigration status, meaning illegal aliens are implicitly eligible for the benefits.

Working Families Act.

Would make private the list of those disqualified from jury duty because they aren't citizens.
