Arizona ICE Act

Appropriates $2,000,000 to the Gang and Immigration Intelligence Team Enforcement Mission (GIITEM) Fund for the establishment of a counterterrorism information center. The fund was established for things such as human and drug smuggling, gang, and strict immigration enforcement. Money for the center is also to be used for the prosecution of human smuggling, drug smuggling, gangs and strict immigration. Also allows for GIITEM funds to be used for grants.

Requires a hospital that accepts payment from the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) to include a place on its patient registration forms to state whether the patient is a citizen or lawfully or unlawfully present in the U.S. Establishes quarterly reporting requirements for the Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS).

Directs the Governor and Attorney General to execute and assist the federal government in enforcing immigration laws and programs. Requires localities to enforce immigration laws and cooperate with federal actions.

Urges Congress to enact H.R. 9174, known as the State Immigration Enforcement Act, which allows states to bypass the Biden administration's open border policies and restore the rule of law

Creates a ballot measure on the new regulation on remittances transfered by illegal aliens. Requires disclosure of the sender's and receiver's names, the destination country, and the amount transferred, with a limit of $5,000 per person within a 24-hour period. Prohibits transmissions to aliens associated with criminal drug or border activities. A 30% tax is levied on these wire transfers, which will be equally divided among the Department of Public Safety, the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs, and the Arizona Department of Homeland Security.
