Killed an amendment that would allow District judges to ignore an ICE detainer.

Require ICE Cooperation & Budget Adjustments.

Killed an amendment that would change the effective date to January 1, 2025, or after the 2024 election.

Requires Sheriffs to notify ICE when they arrest an illegal alien. They must hold them for 48 hours to allow for ICE action.

Removes illegal aliens off the voter rolls, requires photo ID to vote, and shares the names of those excused from jury duty due to noncitizenship, among other election law changes.

Killed an amendment that would eliminate the section dealing with cleaning noncitizens off voter rolls.

Would require the administrators of detention facilities to determine immigration status of prisoners. If they are illegal or undetermined, the administrator must report to ICE and, upon an ICE detainer, hold them for no less than 48 hours.
